    That example was quite off-base. Where was the connecting information for the boot print? So much information comes from fossils because of all of the connecting information from other scientific disciplines and through comparisons with other fossils and animals.

    Yes, it can be a difficult concept to grasp, especially if you grew up ignoring such ideas, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t truth to it. Heck, the Vatican finally accepted that the Earth revolves around the Moon only in the past couple of decades.
